Our Guarantee
Here are the steps to resolve your condition:
-
Schedule an appointment with us for a “Screening Evaluation” at which time we will review your sleep study and diagnostic report completed by any physician of your choosing. Following a painless test using our pharyngometer and rhinometer computer, we will determine whether you are likely to benefit from our CSADA™ appliance. Fortunately, most people qualify for our written guarantee.
A complete evaluation, radiographic imaging, special dental impressions, and construction of a device to record the best position determined with the pharyngometer computer will follow, when appropriate, as well as financial arrangements.
-
In the vast majority of cases, at the subsequent visit, you will receive your CSADA™ appliance, learn how to use it, and have any remaining questions answered. (Of course you are welcome to ask questions at any time). We will also teach you a simple one-minute exercise to do while wearing your appliance to strengthen the throat muscles. This is believed to slow the progression of Sleep Apnea and may even reverse it to some extent.
-
Most patients only require one more visit at which time we want to assure that you (and we) are happy with your progress.
-
At that point, most patients are ready to see the physician of their choosing for a sleep study at home or in a sleep lab to confirm that the sleep apnea appliance is reducing their sleep apnea related condition. In the rare case that it is not, we will make the appropriate adjustments up to a total of four times or create a different type of appliance at our discretion and expense. If your subsequent sleep study does not prove that we improved at least one of the measures called RDI, AHI, or Oxygen desaturation, we will refund the full fee which we received for the sleep apnea appliance and all pharyngometer and rhinometer testing in accordance with our guarantee.
Treatment must be individualized for the specific person. Consequently, certain patients especially those with severe sleep apnea are better served with a combination of treatment approaches to assure maximum benefit.
Considering the seriousness of untreated sleep apnea, including strokes, heart attacks, life threatening accidents, and even death, now you have the opportunity to reduce so many of the problems which apnea creates while we shoulder the financial risk for your treatment.
